Identifying Old Air Compressor

From sushi enjoyment

Yesterday I * for the first time in my life Sushi made * g and it does not even look so bad * gg * and tasted it too well * ggg *

(although the taste was probably not soooo all my merit :-P)

Yesterday I was at university, to pick up my civil rights retreat (by the way had 8p - that I have learned nothing - see earlier entry - is that price / performance ratio in any case). There have Didi, Patrick, Kirstin and I decided to go to Patrick and to make sushi (Didi and Patrick make the most often ...).

first would strongly recommend, not the entire bag (1kg) of cooking, unless you eat for three days in a row Sushi (I think too much of a good thing): cook rice
Japanese sushi rice. I almost messed up the rice, as I have filled too much water into the boiling water, but luckily I noticed it before it was too late, and was a good part of the excess water back . Skim

second Rice season
The part that I missed .... (Unfortunately, a pretty important part heul * *) But there are probably roughly vinegar, sugar and salt inside. Viiiieeel vinegar odor ago, but has not yet tasted Sun Cheers to Patrick!

third Ingredients into strips
So the things that are to be rolled. We had this fake meat (which I actually like much better than real salmon or so ...), cucumber, avocado (Didi insisted buäärh * *).

4th Rice on seaweed dachas
those were the pre-built, square seaweed, 15cm * 15cm one probably. Rice draufdatschen and as regularly as possible Spread top and bottom are an edge (according to Patrick: 1cm above and 2cm below)

5th Filling in rice basket
And, if possible, centrally ... and not too much but too little is worse (my opinion)

6th Everything rolled
using a small bamboo mat ... Is not that hard. You just have to push hard enough :-)

7th Now it will cut
bred small sushi pieces! Listen to the name of Maki. The fat rice roll at sushi-sized pieces, while still wet the knife. I was pretty good, hehe. Care has to be just that you do not press too hard, otherwise the sashayed Rice out like toothpaste from a tube ...

8th Eating * g *
probably no instructions needed. With soy sauce and wers-stand wasabi.

We started at half past 8 and we were ready as it was 10 .. ^ ^ "" Well. I was certainly very proud of my products. They were just a bit bulky and all hehehe pretty thick.

(And after dinner we played UNO, but with a rather peculiar 4-Rules, and must indeed all, if a 4 down as quickly as possible, place one hand on the 4, and who was the slowest must take all cards were down by then ... You can imagine how it is then degenerate. Eventually, one had almost the entire stack in the hands, and since then we have stopped ...)

The beautiful evening ended at half past 12, is Patrick's friend came and we were escorted.

(And this morning I awoke with a slight cold Brrrr..)

How Do Obese Knees Work

My first entry:)

The very first of all: What a pain to get a nick for lj> \u0026lt;The nick I normally use. , Ibara-Hime, is already taken in all possible and impossible variations, so I got really really frustrated and picked this random nick> _> It is kind of sad....
But then I could use a picture of my beloved Subaru, so i guess i will get along with my nick.... if someone knows how to change it, please tell me!

How Much Does It Cost For A Surface Hand Piercing

a zombie's life sign

We are located in Okayama in 2008 (Heisei 20). It is 14 September, 5 clock at night. All of Japan is sleeping. All of Japan? No, the Club Mont Blanc, there are a few tired souls who defy the sand more or less brave man to ankuedigen the first morning rays of the imminent departure of Espresszuges towards the sun.

In other words, we are once again stuck because the Japanese love their set later that evening, unfortunately, super fast Shinkansen: D or leave a lot more just to go really fast, but we do not use our Railpaessen . allowed Therefore, we now spend half way (okay, more fifth track, but if you know where schonmal Close to train station is within one), the night in a Allnight-Internet/Multimedia-Cafe . We still have a pair cabin, but right now kip net worth even more really .-.

Shit happens, eventually it cost again more money, but who would have guessed already can, that without the same, although in Hiroshima morning, what a scorcher down upon us and threw the sky something blue of of was, in the afternoon / evening a cloudburst would go down? Since then, unfortunately, half the taxi is not much more than the Peace Memorial Museum fascinated me a little longer than planned because, unfortunately, also had a zillion other people the idea of their way not to walk behind to place, so that the taxi is not much faster than you came to own vorwaerts violators
x_x Well, considering that the 6th began in August 1945 as a clear hot summer day, we definitely have not been seen by the rains, the less bad surprise ...

brave,> too much rain this year. \u0026lt;That irritates me, constantly spoils the plans of one, and the heavy cold that we have down to the vaccinated Kurr now all trapped in the apartment, can unfortunately not so quickly adopt when Immm and over again (with or without screen) to get wet -_-;;

whatever, I do not promise nothing there anstehn soo many days and we are so slow sometimes with should begin the great learning, but perhaps even self-creating the days to write something more and / or upload a few photos: 3 otherwise containing only back in Schland and after the exams!

Shave And Wax Before Or After Shower

Victorian Web : online information about society, science, art, politics... I think it makes a great first read.

Headache Behind Eyes Anaemia

Victorian Web Victorian Art: Glass blowing in the service of science

About a year ago I stumbled upon an article about the life and work of two master glass blowers of the 19th century, father and son Blaschka. I was so fascinated by the pictures of their creations and I'd like to share some impressions with you (yes, the models below are made of glass!).

Born 1822 in Bohemia, the glass blower and goldsmith Leopold Blaschka moved to Dresden, Germany with his second wife and his only son Rudolf. Since the 1880s father and son focused on creating elaborate glass models of invertebrates and flowers for study and decoration purposes - until then it was difficult or impossible to preserve the originals. Over the years, hundreds and hundreds of models were made and sold worldwide to collectors and universities alike.
Rudolf Blaschka died childless in 1939, taking the art of creating such fragile models to his grave.

Well, just by looking at the picture above I am still simply fascinated by how real the models look and how difficult it must be to make them. I'll try to find more information about this special knowledge of making the models the Blaschkas are said to have had (I read on the Internet that even now scientists do not know in detail how the models were made to be so elaborate). By the way: there is an exhibition of models and photographies . The nearest stations will be Reutlingen (15th Nov 2008-15th Jan 2009) or Munich (12th Feb 2009-30th April 2009) and I'll try to make one of the two.

In other words, thanks for every birthday congratulations I got, no matter what way: 3 I had

a pretty pleasant day spent with my bakadarling [info] leonator and [info] thond , my adopted Japan daughter and private hair dresser XD
She arrived 'already' on Monday evening and we watched RIZE all the night long... a concert DVD from 2002, but much longer than the concert was the bonus material that showed them backstage at every stop of that long tour... Thond was verrry pleased to get the chance of viewing the sparkling star several times (XDDD) and we went to bed only between 6 and 7 am x'D

The other day we took the train to Cologne in order to see Pistol Valve , a pretty young but quite talented 10-girl ska band from Tokyo . When we arrived at the Underground livehouse, we were rather shocked to see like NOBODY there, the only persons except for us were one student of our university, some staff people not preparing anything, and some people hanging around at the bar, who surely had not come for the concert. Because according to schedule the concert was already ought to start, we first were worried that it might be cancelled due to the not existing audience... but after some beer and waiting, it was announced they would still perform. Lucky! There arrived a few more people, but most were old uncles who head just read about them in some Cologne newspaper, and so we started joking how great it would be if Electric Eel Shock were to join the fun, as their gig on the same day had been cancelled - the act they were to support got ill. Especially since it was my birthday, but also because such a small and boring audience was surely disappointing for the girls. I personally think it was really sad, but they had just set the entrance fee a little too high, especially since they were an unknown band touring in Europe for the first time ._.
But then they started, and I soon was sure my 15 Euros were spent well :D as in many Ska band cases, their sound is much cooler live than on CD (or myspace), although they didn't have a drumset, nor any guitars or bass, just 8 wind instruments, one electric violin (stylish!!) and a DJane. They all were really cute, fashionable and damn good on their instruments (especially [info] yoosh might like them I guess XDD) I will see if some of the photos I took are worth showing in a next entry ^-^ Unfortunately, the audience was as boring during the concert as they looked like before, and the three of us were the only ones dancing. All those grandpas were standing far, far away from the stage, leaving an unnecessary gap, while the ten girls were as energetic and still looked like having the best fun on earth, shouting "we love Cologne", playing clapping and jumping games with us, etc. I was totally impressed how they could have so much energy, and especially inbetween still sing and rap very well for about one and a half hours(?), when playing wind instruments must be so hard and exhausting already! *_*;
After the live we went to buy some small goodies and talked a little, more English than Japanese, with the staff people, about Japan, festivals, other Ska bands we have seen, and the German Visual Kei audience x_x Thond even had to pose for a picture with the official Pistol Valve hat XD the girls themselves didn't seem to come out again, and so we left soon, getting the second-to-last train back to Bonn and arriving home around 1am. Thond helped me finally create a mixi account, and I already got some Japanese messages and invitations I have to check '_';;

Could hardly sleep at all that night, and in the morning we had decided to get up early, because we still needed to buy all the shit necessary for Thond to colour/bleach my hair once again X'D that was really some action and stress, moreover since she wanted to take a train home to Bremsdetten (near Münster) today. But overall she did a good job; though at the moment I think it a little too dark, I hope it will still wash out a little, or I'll just go over with blond again with Leo's help. Unluckily, it got too late for her to ride home completely, so she's in Düsseldorf now, internetless... GOMEN! m(_ _)m

well, Bakaschatzi seems to be getting sick and already entered the bed, and as tired as I am I'm gonna join him now ^^;
just one last thing:

today's happy birthday goes tooooo... [info] zeraphita ^___^
I hope your HIM concert was a nice one, and the day after as well of course!!
