me it is quite surprising that there appear to be here in Austria or Vienna is a steampunk community. :)

I am very interested in the 19th century and have always felt very well in the goth community (Pi), but that probably opened new possibilities ...

I'd be interested how close it since the entangled? Or if that is purely present in the Internet ... that would be a pity ... It would be cool to know a few people who follow that right ... I myself am unfortunately recently failed to cobble together a Steampunkige my sunglasses with small round glasses, but oh well ..

I search for a scientific (or something similar) work someone from Vienna, who is interested in steampunk and would talk with me a bit about it. Ideal would be if someone rumbastelt too - either to outfit or equipment. An important point in my task is to what extent the Internet is used to make contacts and find communities ... I would also like to take some photos and maybe a Minifilmchen - is not all published but containing in this work (for the Danube University Krems) is used.

public service announcement - new twin-hair!

i've been getting a lot of comments and questions about this so i thought i'd comment on it here..

yes, i've seen the twins' new hairstyle and yes, i've been thinking about changing the dolls as well. BUT (ain't there always a "but"? *g*) i'll be waiting for the new album and official photoshoots before doing anything - the band is still on break right now and who knows what the twins'll come up with by the time the new album is gonna be released (PINK BRAIDS on Bill? IDK!).. ;D
depending on how the twins are looking for the first promotional shoots of the new album (e.g. in case Bill still has his dreads), i'll change the dolls according to the new look. until then, they'll stay like they are.

one thing though - in case Tom decides to stick to the cornrows, i'm afraid my doll will have to stay with dreads and just be not up to date. at this moment, i don't see how it would be possible to make a cornrow-wig for the doll, sorry.

I got them this week but unfortunately, they do not fit me :( So I have these shoes for sale:



They are almost flawless except one small black stripe on the right shoe which is no scratch and perhaps removable.

Do you know any events / meetings taking place in NC? (Or stadt.finden - I am from Vienna, o)
or premises, where you can find them steampunk people? Most likely I would still come because the Pi , but since I'm out of Goths and middle aged people have found almost no one. O)
